WHO ARE WUNDERKAMMER?

Wunderkammer is an artistic initiative founded in 2010 by Luke Cooper and Sam Moore in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our performances create platforms for artists from all disciplines interested in incorporating their work into the live-event. It unites artists with audiences and the opportunity to try out ideas, in an open lab for the performance and art world.

We investigate the boundaries between performance and curation. Our events change and develop as our collaborations evolve.

We also work as curators and producers for cultural events and conduct educational workshops for people of all ages.

In 2010 we staged "DRIVE-IN" described as;

'Wunderkammer bygger på en simpel, men genial idé: At lade de udstillede bilers for- og bagruder fungere som lærreder for diverse projektioner. Det var fantastisk at opleve intimitet inde i bilen, sammen med kunstværket. En intimitet der føltes så meget desto voldsommere, fordi man lige havde oplevet det store rum i Ny Tap først. Der er masser af muligheder for at udvikle og raffinere de tanker, der ligger bag Wunderkammer.'
